Follow up on "A Story from Raccoon"

Hi Guys

Here is the story from Raccoon, but with some annotations

There is a little boy with little feet who wanders this time of nightª

He has little feet, and raccoon ears like us but he is not one of us

He is kind to all creatures and repairs bird nests and beaver damsº

We like him and he likes us.

We call him "Coon Ears"

ªOf course raccoons are nocturnal so this story takes place at night. Receiving more information from Raccoon he told us that his Gran used to tell him this story before he went to sleep during the day. Now  with the 397 showing up he has grown accustomed to sleeping through the night, thanks to a lot of coffee.

ºIn this story "Little Foot" is a repairer of dwellings so maybe the forest creatures hailed him as a sort of savior. That is of course if indeed we are interpreting this "Coon Ears" fellow as "Little Foot"
